Message | A majority of those who show up is not necessarily a majority of the union, therefore your "oppressive level of bureaucracy" is actually what makes the union voting a true opinion of the union. |

Message | The current law does'nt say those who show up, it says a majority of all members, regardless of if they vote must approve, now considering that Union members tend to not live all in the same area, this greatly reduces the power of Unions since it prevents them from holding votes under the current system enough. Besides, it makes no sense that they should have to, we don't say a person can't be elected unless everyone votes, it's idiocentric to say Unions should have to. |
