Description[?]:
While the National Bank`s lending priorities should focus on the economically viable crop producers, government subsidies supplementing should focus instead to aid the smaller crop producers to help them develop, allowing them to develop more modern agricultural technology which larger operations can already easily acquire. Naturally, to ensure economic viability, receivers of government subsidies will be obliged to accept technical advisers and may have to alter key operational policies should they prove detrimental to the economic viability of the operation or the surrounding ecological environment or otherwise until such time that the operation no longer qualifies for Farmer Aid. |

Message | Strange that there would be opposition to this Bill, does this not help low-income farming families to improve production and thus helping them feed themselves? "Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish, you feed him for all his life" |
