| Message | The attached increases spending, mostly on categories that could be considered "investment." If enacted, it will reduce the government annual surplus to roughly 2 billion DAR, down from the current 75 billion DAR. Ideally, the combination of responsible tax cuts and balanced spending increases in ways that invest in the nation would improve the overall economic outlook - but I suppose the game isn't quite sophisticated enough to realize it. ;-) |
