Message | I would prefer : Energy is provided by private companies but the prices they can charge are regulated. Energy is a needed by all homes and those private companies could inflate prices that make it unattainable for those on lower incomes. Hence we would have people living in 3rd World standards in time, where the rich could afford power. |
