MessageFree movement is allowed except this time we impose more strict controls, in all to maintain law and order. We will not allow terrorists or any other extremist individuals or groups entering Rutania. Security checks will be heightened in major and minor airports accross the Commonwealth. This is national security, not removing civil liberties and restricting free movement.
