| Our Consortium would like to go further and abolish any form of mandetory work, however we believe that many parties would not support such, so we proposed that civilian national service rather than military service. |

Current: All adults upon completion of schooling can be required in times of war to serve a term in the military.

Its is determined by military spending and a low military apathy. Besides this fact, there is no threat from Jeltaria any longer. There is no war. |
