MessageThis is very damaging to our people's right to assemble. Police officers could easily claim public risk if they happen to disagree with the politics of the group assembled. I believe they had an incident of this in China once...hm, what was it? oh yeah,, Tiananmen Square. Probably happened a lot in Russia, too.

MessageThis bill trusts the police too much for our tastes. We wish there were an "in between" option, but this leaves it up to the police "thinking" there is a "potential" public safety risk, and to that we must vote no.
