Humane Prisons Act, 2674 Article 1 1) Nothing in this act shall be construed to allow prisoners convicted of violent offenses to participate in voluntary prison job programs. 2) Nothing in this act shall be construed to allow prisoners sentenced to a term of imprisonment longer than twenty-five years to participate in prisoner education and rehabilitation plans. |
