Description[?]:
The PRP believes in the rights of the people, but also in the paramount importance of the stability of the state. The bill is proposed with the following rationale: Article 1: A national health care system, but that should not keep those that are able to pay for better health care from doing so. Article 2: The use of cannabis should be allowed for all, and should not be regulated nor reserved for medicinal purposes. Any regulations should be decided by local governments. Article 3: Citizen should continue to be allowed to assemble. However, if the assembly begins to pose risks to the public, it should be disbanded in the interest of public safety. Article 4: Concealed weapons should require extra certification, in the interest of the public's safety. Article 5: Eminent domain is particularly unfair and an invasion of an individual's right to property. |

Message | Due to the mixed nature of this bill - a fusion of liberal issues such as de-regulating healthcare and conservative issues such as group dispersion - we shall abstain. Ingrid Baptiste Finance Minister Party Leader |
Date | 03:30:04, December 08, 2008 CET | From | Democratic Capitalist Delegation | To | Debating the PRP Bill of Civil Rights and Liberties |
Message | We are only opposed to articles I and II, but those are critical civil liberties issues to the DCD, and the health care reform we favor is already being proposed in a separate bill. Therefore we will oppose this bill. Paul DaRoza Chairman Democratic Capitalist Delegation |

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer. |
