Message | A slight increment to the 80k+ HCR and another at the 150k+ HCR has allowed a big decrement of 4% to the >20000 HCR bracket and a 2% decrement to the >27000 HCR bracket. By taxing those who can afford to slightly more, the lower tax brackets can be reduced significantly. |
