Message | The only reason Lodamun have acted in this way is due to the TNP's short-sightedness in withdrawing from the Telamon-Lodamun Free Trade Agreement. Rather than withdraw from the treaty, we should have campaigned for its reauthorisation by the Lodamun Parliament. Diplomacy and friendship, not rash isolationism, are the only solution to global differences. The TNP seems to have eschewed this wisdom in favour of blind ideology. Message | Mr Stanley Thomas will be fully aware of the hostility the current Lodamese government has towards our Great Nation. Lodamun would of had no intentions of signing up to the free trade agreement as it was the current Lodamese regime that withdrew from the Free Trade Agreement between Telamon and Lodamun. This is simply point scoring by Mr Thomas. Paul Jones, Foreign Affairs Minister. |

Message | No, Mr. Jones. Merely the people of Telamon can see how erroneous your party's foreign policy is, and you are unwilling to accept worthy criticism. As a senior member of the foreign service before entering politics, I can assert that it was Lodamun that struck up the Free Trade deal, which the TNP virulently opposed. If the Lodamunese withdrew from the treaty, we should have pursued a diplomatic approach, rather than rashly reacting without considering the consequences. I can firmly declare that the TNP has failed in the area of foreign policy, and let Telamon down on the world stage. Stanley Thomas Shadow Foreign Affairs Minister |
