Message | We cannot allow you to undo the hard work that was done to create the present state of affairs. Prisoners cannot be made to work. |
Date | not recorded | From | Socialist Party | To | Debating the Justicar Reformation Act II |
Message | We agree with the UB. Prisoners should be paied as much for their labour as any other worker, and though the current system is lilited to that, what is now being proposed - a full day of labour for free - is totally unacceptable. |
Date | not recorded | From | People's Party of Oppressive Liberation | To | Debating the Justicar Reformation Act II |
Message | It is the view of the PPOL that the food, shelter and other forms of state provided aid to the prisoners constitutes a fair trade for the work they do. |
Date | not recorded | From | Socialist Party | To | Debating the Justicar Reformation Act II |
Message | It is the view of the Socialist party that the cost of food and housing are reducted from their wage, (lesser wage, free home and food); but that the total amount of wage and facilities alltogether are by no means less than that of the average worker who that job. Guard and other secuirty means are no way incalculated in those costs: just food and maintance of the "walls" and other basic things. This is to provide that no downward pressure on the wages of the workers will, plus the fact that the rate at which prisoners are being exploited is no higher than that of the average worker. |

Random fact: Players who consent to a particular role-play by acknowledging it in their own role-play cannot then disown it or withdraw their consent from it. For example, if player A role-plays the assassination of player B's character, and player B then acknowledges the assassination in a news post, but then backtracks and insists the assassination did not happen, then he will be required under the rules to accept the validity of the assassination role-play. |
