MessageThe JLSP opposes article one as advertising regulation is required. Unregulated advertising will lead to the spreading of misinformation and falsehoods to further selfish agendas, whether economical or political. In this modern age it will also lead to subliminal forms of advertising where consumers will be left unable to make wholly conscious choices as they're bombarded constantly by psycho-evaluated text and imagery.

We oppose the latter article because, as is especially evident in poorer, more exotic countries, as well as evident within colonial history, that money and capitalism have no regard for ecosystems or species. To legalise the hunting of endangered animals will eventually cripple Jakania's ecosystem and destroy a major part of our country's heritage.

From Nudist Party of United Jakania
ToDebating the Civil Rights Act
MessageThe NP hates to agree with the evil Socialists, but in this case, the LS is correct. We cannot encourage false advertising nor can we endorse the potential endagerment of a species by permitting the choice to ultimately rest on the shoulders of the individual hunter.

From Jakanian People's Union
ToDebating the Civil Rights Act
MessageThe Jakanian People's Union formally agrees with the Liberal Socialist Party in that this bill would open the heritage of this country and the minds of its people to unneccessary assault and is therefore not, in out estimation, a benefit to the people of Jakania.

Random fact: Parties have the ability to endorse another party's candidate for the Head of State election (if there is one). This adds a strategic element to the elections.

Random quote: "'The illusion of Pontesi nationhood'. The Serpent speaks. How can they say these things? How can they call our country an illusion? You can see it clear as day, these people won’t stop until they’ve destroyed us all." - Morgan Einar, former Pontesian general
