The Treaty explicitly states that signing nations agree to ONE of the following:

Prisoners of war are immediately returned to their own government.

OR

Prisoners of war must be treated well, according to internationally-accepted standards.


We already accept the second clause as Likatonian policy.

MessageAfter this bill passes, might I recommend signing the First laloquon Convention? http://82.238.75.178:8085/particracy/main/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=53 is where it is found. This treaty "fleshes out" the treaty you are passing, by putting how POW's are to be treated.
