Message | Unfortunately, we disagree. We believe that it will be incredibly difficult for breakthroughs involving renewable resources to occur without the aid of the national government. |

Message | While we agree that the government should be involved with this process, yet we feel the local governments should decide how much money they are willing to put into this project so we do not force a deficit on the Unions. Of course, the more money put into the program, the more we will be inclined to perform pilot programs in these Unions and they will also receive priority in the institution of these programs. |

Message | After much internal debate, we have come to a decision. We are willing to give the proposal a chance in order to see how effective it is in practice. |

Message | We are becoming skeptic after the numerious localization measures taken recently and we believe it would be sufficient to see how they will do with the current regulations before we will go any further. It's prudency, not passion that is key first. |

Message | However, it is practicality, not ideology that also comes first. |

Message | Localizing every possible aspect is far from practical. We need a central overview where we have a chance to discuss this matter with experts, instead of letting the Unions decide whether this would be good for tourism or esthetics. |
