For too long our Justice system has been let down by Liberal policies, and now we are going to try and reform the justice system for the improvement of the lives of our people and to ensure that justice is achieved. |

Current: The national government may impose curfews, but only if a state of emergency has been declared.

Old value:: The death penalty is illegal and is never to be applied.
