Messagethis is way too intrusive. We will agree to a citizenship policy, but the article that proposes a mandatory carrying of ID cards is too breaching into the fundamental privacy rights of people. Also, it will cost quite a bit of money for the Rutanian law enforcement to enforce the mandatory-carry law.
