I. To create three types of secondary schools A. Gymnasiums- Teaches students higher mathematics (advanced algebra and above), physics, chemistry, biological/life sciences, government and civics, economics, law, history, humanities, ext B. Guild/Trade Schools- Teaches students technical and hands-on work such as mechanics, agriculture/farming, carpentry, propane and propane accessory working, plumbing, drafting, schematics, metalworking/smithing, appliance repair, ext C. Art Schools- Teaches students artistics, aesthetics, sculpting, drawing, art-paining, graphic design, commercial arts, computer programing. II. Student placement into a schools shall be determined by A. aptitude and standardized tests B. interest surveys. C. Both exams will be given during the 8th grade year of the junior high level. |

Message | I believe this should go more into debate, as creating more secondary schools would mean increasing the education budget significantly, and this plan would take at least 5 years to finish and operate. Also higher education like universities already have these sectors in work already. For example a university based on business and economics or a university based on the arts. Secondary schools are there to determine the career path of a student. I urge abstaining so this issue can go on more discussion. Iain Angel Imperium Party Leader OOC: Also what country are you from?
