Their shall be a Supreme Court comprised of 10 politically independent justices elected by the legislature for 20 year terms. The Supreme Court shall be the court of last appeal and the constitutional court. -2. Their shall be state courts that act as civil and criminal courts for the jurisdiction of each state with boundaries and inferior courts to be decided by the states. C. No member of the government or military shall be immune to any aspect of the law. D. Message | We disagree. Supreme Court should be independent from the state itself and with shorter terms. Occasionally one political front can take over the court and hold it for 50 years even though they might not be in the power anymore. That is madness. Legislature should be kept away from deciding who are in the Supreme Court. |

Message | The Supreme Court/Judiciary, like the Legislature and Executive is a part of the state. OOC: I put 50 years since it's just not doable to be creating 10 characters for the supreme court every ten game years. Also, having the legislature vote for them is better than having them appointedby the Executive. It's also the only RP way to create people. I suppose a neutral panel of legal scholars could be used. |

Message | OOC: I've changed it to 20 years and added a part requiring political independence. |
