MessageThe problem with the currently proposed legislation is that it does not take regard of commonly held strategic doctrine. Nuclear weapons are, oddly for weapons of war, intentioned never to be used in wartime. They're used instead as a method of threat. Attack us and we'll blow your country off the f***ing map, if you will excuse my language. The proper name for this concept is Mutually Assured Destruction, or MAD. I realise that indeed it does sound mad, but there is nothing we can do about it while others use nuclear weaponry. It is the only realistic defence we have.

Random fact: Cultural Protocol bills must provide a real-life equivalent or short description for the ethnic groups, languages and religions contained in them, such that it would be easy for an unfamiliar player to understand (e.g. "Dundorfian = German"). Where appropriate, they should also provide guidance to players on where to find help with translations and character names. This might include, for example, links to Google Translate, Behind the Name's Random Name Generator and Fantasy Name Generators.
