Message | OOC: Ok honestly the vast number of seperate bills is starting to become irritating and timewasting, I'm loosing the patience to go through all of them voting, my internet connection is not rocket speed |
Date | 23:59:30, December 24, 2008 CET | From | H+ Paradigm | To | Debating the H+ Economics 1 |
Message | OOC: Very well. I only do it this way because no parties will vote for any of my bills if I combine all proposals together. Since I am the only one that proposes bills, we will never get anything changed. I like actually having bills pass occasionally; but will return to multi-proposal bills since someone has asked. |

Message | OOC: Also, since we have such a low proposal quota, I'd have to leave a bill in debate for a while in order to complete a legislative section (military, health, etc). |

Message | OOC: Having a bill in debate is not always a bad thing |

Message | Yes, it is. I'm not changing my positions; other parties will either vote yes or they will vote no. I'm not going to debate the issue(s) with them. Taking time to debate bills also decreases the number of bills that can finish voting before the next election. |

Message | No, but it allows for large bills to be compromised, that's what it's for |

Message | I have no intention of compromising. |

Random fact: It usually takes up to an hour for election results to generate. During this time, the "Next Election" date is put forward a month, which is confusing. Do not worry! In a short time, the election result will generate and the "Next Election" date will then correct itself. |
