Message | Still not gonna support all police officers carrying firearms. Crime is at an all time low. |
Date | 00:54:03, October 09, 2005 CET | From | Progressive Democracy Party | To | Debating the Right To Bear Arms Act |
Message | Would you rather have police officers carrying firearms and people carrying non-lethal weapons? We're prepared to compromise but the right to bear arms is essential to protect the people from foreign dangers and even, at times, from their own government. |
Date | 21:45:12, October 09, 2005 CET | From | Parti Monarchiste Catholique | To | Debating the Right To Bear Arms Act |
Message | We support the proposal allowing police officers to carry firearms, but we are reserved about the other proposal. |

Message | Then let's all compromise and stick to this. The people have firearms, the government has firearms. Fair is fair. Take away both and you leave the people defenseless, and the government with more "human" technology to use on the people. |

Message | Yeah the people of the UK are defenceless. You arguement is flawed. |

Date | 23:00:24, October 11, 2005 CET | From | Progressive Democracy Party | To | Debating the Right To Bear Arms Act |
Message | And the people of the UK really don't realize how often the government plays a role in their lives. I remind you all that the people of this country will surely want a means to defend themselves, and I assure you the people of this country want police officers who can actually DO something. |
