| This bill calls for the establishment of a Lands and Settlements Assembly (haEretz veYishuv Knesset), it will become another, minor, house to our legislative branch. It will be made up of the HoS and HoG of each land, then 2 representatives from each division, they will be known as MSA's. After a bill is passed in the Knesset, that is meant to affect all Jewish Settlements, it will be carried to this house, their they will decide if the law fits their laws back in their lands, if it doesn't, the law will be taken to the Supreme Court, if a decision is not made their it will be taken as a referendum for people all over the Jewish Ruled World to vote on, to overturn such a decision a 2/3s vote will be needed in the Knesset. This houses will also be responsible for taking 4 people to the Supreme Court, one from JI and one from Eretz Squibbil, the other 2 will be voted on by the Assembly. This house will also decide what freedoms the settlements have from the Homeland, any decision here may be taken to Court or to Referendum by a 2/3s vote in the Knesset. The figure head of this Assembly will be the Jewish King, HRH King Daniel, he will preside over the council and, in the rare case of a tie, will be the tie bracker, He along with HoS and hoG, will be a representitive of all teh lands as a whole, after the passing of this bill we will register him as a monarch, with the IML. This bill also calls for in the case of land division such as with Pontesi or ect. that the assembly vote on weather or not to participate in such division, a 2/3 vote in the assembly will be needed. If passed this bill will come into affect ASAP, and construction of the meeting house will be done post haste. |
