| Be it enacted upon the Emperor's most Illustrious and Lutheran Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the representatives of the people of Greater Hulstria, in this present Imperial Diet assembled: A Resolution calling for the Kazulian government to extradite indicted members of the "Thorgerd Security Squad". Article I- Respecting the sovereignty and integrity of the Kazulian government and state, the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria requests the following: Article II- 1) The extradition of persons indicted by courts of the Imperial Crownlands responsible for, a party to, or materially supportive of the terrorist attack in the city of Kuratha. Article III- 1) Applications for requesting extradition shall be provided by the Minister of Justice or Minister of Internal Affairs to the Minister of Foreign Affairs. The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall transmit all requests for extradition to the Kazulian government. 2) Should extradition be denied or indicted persons otherwise not delivered, the courts of the Imperial Crownlands shall be allowed to conduct trails of the indicted persons in absentia. |

| Message | Message from NUC ruling Kazulian coalition Extradition of Kazulian citizens is prohibited by Kazulian law. However, members of the TSS have recently been stripped of citizenship. Further course of action will have to be discussed bilaterally by Kazulian and Hulstrian governments, as these individuals have broken many Kazulian laws. We understand concern of the Hulstrian government but believe these criminals should answer to Kazulian justice. |
