Message | The JLSP believes the owner of property should be able to set the compensation for eminent domain, with the government having the ability to appeal. The property owner should always have the higher ground on issues of eminent domain. If the JLSP wasn't so evil, we'd support the scrapping of Eminent Domain altogether. We wholly oppose the latter article though. Gated communities will set dangerous trends, and worsen already existent racial, ideological and economic gaps in society. No area of Jakania should be designated off-limits to a person merely because of their income, race, or any other kind of prerequisite these communities may set. |
