Message | Why do you wish to restrict entry of refugees? A refugee, by definition, needs assistance. A refugee, by definition, has no home to go to. What would be your "extreme circumstances" that they would have to had suffered before being allowed to reside here? |

Message | Such as an earth-quake, mass flooding ect... then they need assistance. As the current article stands: 'All refugees are welcome, regardless of their reason, and given aid in integrating them into the country'. The point 'regardless of their reason' is a very leniant statement and could encourage many organisations to flee to our country, such as terrorist organisations. Aldegar does not want over-populating and our citizens want protection. You Liberals dont get it... people can be made homeless due to their own accountability, their own Government's faults, of which does not concern us. But the proposed article is reasonable, we are willing to help countries who have suffered from extreme circumstances. The current article is too vague. 'you liberals don't understand |

Message | You state that people can become refugees due to 'their own governments faults, of which does not concern us'. What if a neighbouring government decided to ethnically cleanse their nation of a particular minority? Would you repeat your line & say 'it doesn't concern us'? Or citizens in a repressive nation who are imprisoned for belonging to a political party different to the governing party. Would you say it doesn't concern you? If so then we have the deepest pity for the members of the Nationalists. & yes, you are right. We Liberals just don't understand you. |
