| We believe the following treaties are unneccessary and/or obsolete for the following reasons... Article 1 ; Very few (ie. one) of the relevent nations are signatories, and with the Squibble partitioning, Beiteynu will cease to be a relevent nation. All shares will be released onto the public market. Article 2 ; Beiteynu is the only signatory, and they managed to mispell "Majatrans" in the treaty's title. Furthermore, Beiteynu has no charter to interfere in Dovanian concerns. Article 3 and 4 ; The New World Order is defunct. Article 5 ; Since the Axis has taken no stance on the Crusader/Beiteynese conflict, Axis nations are currently free to aid whichever side they wish. This will strictly forbid any Axis nation which has plans to hinder the Crusaders from acting. Article 6 This will hurt the validity of any Casus Belli Darnussia has on the Crusaders. Article 7 ; The terms of this treaty are outdated, and with the partitioning of Beiteynese Squibble, Beiteynu will cease to be a relevent authority on the matter. |
