Message | We believe that it is totally unfair for private property to be seized by the government for any reason whatsoever. We feel that there may be some times when private property must be seized but we feel that this should only be allowed in extreme circumstances. |

Message | if said property was considered a potential risk to the public or the envirornment by government inspectors then it could be seized. In times of war we would really prefer to work closely with production facilities rather than seize their property off them, (I assume you mean arms production facilities as appose to say, a baby milk factory) however if the production facility in question was doing something to infringe on the effort, or was not "pulling it's weight", then the government could seize it. |
