| I present this bill to the Federal Parliament, to stop the sell of tobacco is under 18s. This act is to help improve the national health of the country. So eventually and hopefully that older generations will be in an improved state of heath than the previous generation. Abraham James Zoratatt Prime minister of Rutania I agree with the right honourable gentleman and this bill. The libertarians in pretvious years, have given more civil rights to citizens. But this change in civil rights have given poor education and poor health results due to the fact that citizens can choose. We do not want the youths in Rutania to smoke and purchase tobacco regulary. This will lead to a lower life expectancy in the next 10 years if this law is still in process.
