On the passage of this bill, Tenno Ayako Ishida shall henceforth be legally required to groom his facial hair into a BITCHIN' handlebar moustache with some awesome muttonchops. The muttonchops in question shall be referred to in all governmental correspondance as "The Imperial Chops", and it shall be a legal requirement that any other muttonchops groomed in the nation must be of a style slightly less awesome than The Imperial Chops.
