This act main purpose is to ensure a strong and effective military force of Pontesi.

Article 1 is proposed to ensure that the Pontesian Military Equipment's needed will be correctly response by the private company. This can save millions of PON from the needs to buy foreign arms.

Article 2 is proposed because of our strong believe that Intelligence is a very important part in the current world. It won't only guaranteed an effective and correct used of military, but also prevent war by giving us correct information on the world events.

Article 3 is proposed because we believe that local authority will not be able to coordinate between each other to form an effective system of shelters.

OOC: I have spent more this week working on our military number and is currently working on history of Pontesi. I would really like your input on our current military number. Is it too large or too small? Too hi-tech or low-tech?
