Upon passage of this bill, Quanzar's royal, executive, administrative, and judicial capital shall be placed on the Ingrisu city of Haxons. The following construction programs will be made top priority: 1. Message | Ingrisu is also the most defensible region. The two others on the mainland are adjacent to foreign nations and the island could be easily blocked by a powerful navy. Haxons is fine. |
