Bill: Workers' Rights Act II
Details
Submitted by[?]: Totalitarian Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 2124
Description[?]:
Presently, the government allows trade unions the right to strike without first holding a ballot. The Totalitarian Party feels this is unfair to those workers who do not want to strike. We propose the law be changed so trade unions can only strike after a ballot has been held and over 50% of workers support the action. |
