Resolved, that no fault divorce is hereby established in the Citizen Kafuristan. Resolved, that persons may petition for divorce upon this Act taking effect. Resolved, this Act shall take effect on 1 January 2696 in order to allow the civil court system to implement systems and protocols for handling divorce cases. |
