Message | I'd like to build on a debate on my proposals, hoping that they won't be struck just for spirit of opposition :-) I accept critics and suggestions, and let's try to find a compromise. |

Message | I don't support abolition of the death penalty. The penal system has been proven to not work the way it should in many countries. For example the dealth penalty was very important in the Nuremberg Trials after WW2 in Germany, the Nazi leaders got a just and deserved painful death for their crimes against humanity. This bill will do the same if such horrible crimes against humanity are perpetrated. I will always support the death penalty. Privacy is perfectly alright, but let's not diminish the power of our judges to do their jobs. Some imformation is vital to a case, we cannot allow people to refuse to help our lawmen and women. |

Message | It is our opinion that the death penalty should remain an option in instances where the criminal consents to the infliction of such a punishment. As the bill currently stands, we support it in full. |
