Resolved, that all residents of a municipality who are Trigunian citizens shall have the right to elect their mayors. Resolved, that elections for mayor shall occur every three (3) years. All mayoral elections shall be held on the first Sunday of May in the year they are held, except in cases of a new municipality being established or in the case of the death, resignation or removal of an existing mayor. |
