MessageArticle 1: Only Muslims are granted citizenship. Non-Muslims who are People of the Book may reside in the nation, but no citizenship.

Article 2: We already have a President, Sheik Amina Al-Majali. Having two would be redundant.

Article 3: Identity cards are necessary to assure that only real Badarans are citizens.

Article 4: There is no reasoning behind this name switch.

Article 5: Meh.

Article 6: Rugby has never been widely played in Al'Badara. Never.

Aricle 7: Should be easy to understand our opposal to this from our previous responses.

Overall a no.

MessageThe Conservative Party of the UBE would like to submit their point of view herein of the proposed bill.

Article One: The Citizens of the UBE should not have to register their personal beliefs, or register their race. Islam is the dominant religion, but we should not discriminate those who do not follow the same faith. It is the belief of the Conservative Party that religion should remain a personal item, and should not be interfered upon. As for race, Allah created us all the way we are; we cannot discriminate against the Divine Lord's work.

Article Two: Supported. It should not be necessary for people to have mandatory ID cards with them at all times. It is preferred that one carry with them, their driver's license and other means of ID, but government-issued cards do not need to be used within the country.

Article Three: Conditionally agreed. In the more globalized world that we live in, we can benefit from other minorities contributing to our economy. However, this issue will need a specific debate about it, as many ideas on restrictions must be put into view.

Article Four: Chess is an outdated sport, and our people are capable of much more these days, in terms of physical sports. However, rugby was never a popular sport in the nation; we do not possess local teams, much less a national team. However, we have noticed an increase in local European football teams forming in many communities within the country. Perhaps that would be a better venture, in terms of national sport.

Article Five: The Conservative Party would like to emphasize that the citizens should be able to have influence on how their communities develop. Therefore, it is only fair that they choose their mayors from a local election, rather than have the Head of State interfere with the natural growth of a community.

Article Six: There is no need on the change at this time. The citizens are content with the PM in office; to institute a president instead would bring on plural amendments on his/her responsibilities.

Article Seven: The Conservative Party is neutral on this article at this moment.

In light of the flaws and advantages we have witnessed, the Conservative Party declines this bill, and urges that another, with deep consideration of the above point, be introduced, to be voted on again.

MessageA small correction to the above statement: European football is to be referred as solely "Football", the sport in which 2 teams kick a ball to their opponent's goal, over a split period of approximately ninety minutes.

We apologize for any inconvenience or misinterpretation this may have caused.

Random fact: It is the collective responsibility of the players in a nation to ensure all currently binding RP laws are clearly outlined in an OOC reference bill in the "Bills under debate" section of the nation page. Confusion should not be created by displaying only some of the current RP laws or displaying RP laws which are no longer current.
