Message | We have a gigantic surplus right now and the Orange Party believes that it is theft to have such. It is the people's hard-earned money, not our own. We are involved in no war and have no huge financial obligations right now. We should give the money back to the people. We also believe spending should be reduced in non-essential areas. |

Message | Mr speaker, I would like to remind our colleagues of the Orange Party that the minister of Finance oversees the actions and processes of the economy. But we do accept propositions and debate before a income or budget proposal is brought forward by me. Nonetheless we agree with the reductions of tax, since the NWO has dissolved. And I agree that we do have a massive surplus since the last cabinet has reduced spending, we was debating what to spend this surplus on. This opens a new debate on what to do in the future. Nelson HenrĂquez Minister Of Finance |
