| Message | Mr speaker, I would like to remind our colleagues of the Orange Party that the minister of Finance oversees the actions and processes of the economy, which being my honourable friend Nelson Henríquez of the Imperium Party. But we do accept propositions and debate before a income or budget proposal is brought forward by the Finance Minister. My reponse to this proposal is similar to the NEP. I believe there is no such need for reductions on our spending budget, espcially with such a low defence budget. The economy has been recovering after the major increase of spending and tax raises which was passed earlier this century and after the NWO crises - which on one point Rutania was a target of a massive invasion, the IP in cabinet has slowly deducted the defence budget to an adequate level as we did promise the LRU that we decrease it after the situtation is dealt.
