This bill wil establish the Presidential Line of Sucession. The following Members of the list will be able to take the office of President of the United Republics of Lodamun if:

1- The President tranfers his powers temporarily or permanently, in which case he/she must inform Parliament.
2- The President is unable to hold the Office because of illness, incapacity, or removal from office.
3- The Member(s) above him/her on the Sucession List is(are) not able to hold the Office.

In case of a transfer, the person receiving the Office will be named Acting President and will receive all the powers and duties of the Office of President of the United Republics of Lodamun.

The list is not intended to give any cabinet position or member of Parliament seniority or more importance.

The list is as follows:

1- Vice-President of the United Republics of Lodamun-(Appointed by the President and Approved by Parliament).
2- Prime Minister of the United Republics of Lodamun-(Appointed by the President and Approved by Parliament).
3- Minister of Defense-(Appointed by the President and Approved by Parliament).
4- Minister of Foreign Affairs-(Appointed by the President and Approved by Parliament).
5- Minister of Justice-(Appointed by the President and Approved by Parliament).
6- Minister of Internal Affairs-(Appointed by the President and Approved by Parliament).
7- Minister of Science and Technology-(Appointed by the President and Approved by Parliament).
8- Minister of Infrastructure and Transport-(Appointed by the President and Approved by Parliament).
9- Minister of Trade and Industry-(Appointed by the President and Approved by Parliament).
10- Minister of Education and Culture-(Appointed by the President and Approved by Parliament).
11- Minister of Health and Social Services-(Appointed by the President and Approved by Parliament).
12- Minister of Food and Agriculture-(Appointed by the President and Approved by Parliament).
13- Minister of Environment and Tourism-(Appointed by the President and Approved by Parliament).
14- Senior Member of the Majority Party in Parliament (Must be a current member of Parliament)- (Chosen in a Direct Election).
15- Senior Member of the Second Majority Party in Parliament(Must be a current member of Parliament)- (Chosen in a Direct Election).
16- And so forth with all the Parties holding seats in Parliament.

This is a Constitutional Amendment and will require a 2/3 majority of Parliament in order to be approved.
