| We, the Parliament of the United Republics of Lodamun, do hereby create the following rules applicable to the Executive Branch. 1) The President or Head of State is the head of the Executive Branch. 2) The President or Head of State holds the final decision on any matter involving the Executive Branch. 3) The President or Head of State can fire a Cabinet member with proper justification. 4) The Prime Minister or Head of Government may fire a Cabinet member unless opposed by the President. This is a Constitutional Amendment and requires a 2/3 majority of Parliament in order to be approved. |
