We, the Parliament of the United Republics of Lodamun, do hereby create the following rules for the Executive Branch.

1) The President or Head of State has the power to issue executive orders as he/she sees appropriate in order to carry out his/her duties as Head of the Executive Branch.

2) The Prime Minister of Head of Government may issue executive orders as he/she sees appropriate in order to carry out his/her duties as Head of Government, unless opposed to by the President. If such is the case, the President holds the ultimate and definitive decision.

This is a Constitutional Amendment and requires a 2/3 majority of Parliament in order to be approved.
