Message | I'm not sure if any real decision was made on this by the Imperial Human Rights Commission, last session was in 2655 I think, and again not sure if a verdict was decided on the issue for people who know what I'm talking about. Anyhow, I'd like to see torture allowed but be subject to regulations. |
