| Currently Zardugal allows for any person to own a weapon no matter what state of mind they may be in or what criminal acts they may have commited. This bill has been purposed to at least help slow impead the ownership of weapons by criminals, and people of unsound minds. |

Current: Adult individuals may own guns under strict license conditions.
Proposed: Individuals are allowed to own firearms as long as they do not have a history of dangerous mental illness or a violent criminality.
