| The Republic of Deltaria, has for too long, enacted legislation designed to produce a facist police state, where foreign nationals are routinely beaten or killed, where slavery is allowed, and has attacked targets of many other nations. Recent actions have forced me to come to the Commonwealth Parliament, and ask for Economic Sanctions agaisnt Deltaria. Also, the Republic of Deltaria has violated the airspace of another sovereign nation, and is preparing to launch attacks against numerous nations.
