Message | We agree with article 1 and perhaps could be persuaded to back article 2, but article 3 seriously lets this bill down. It would be a serious step down from our civilised society. Do you really want to go back to the days where children sit quivering in their seats, knowing that a wrong answer or a smudge of pen will lead to them being given a beating. This proposal actively promotes child abuse. i believe article 3 must have been added after the free thinking party cast their vote, as I am sure they would have never backed this hideous proposal. |

Message | You've changed hte order so it's now article 2 we disagree with |
Date | 22:43:41, January 30, 2009 CET | From | Neo Kanist Rite Party of Sorbanika | To | Debating the Change |
Message | The NKCP believe that this is a potentially sound bill that is let down by article two, and we are disappointed that other parties have voted yes on this. |
Date | 23:25:36, January 30, 2009 CET | From | TW@ | To | Debating the Change |
Message | How is it moreal to allow corporal punishment upon our children. This would harm them, and effect them both mentally and physically, and is a step backwards. The TW@ party believes that this, the second article, polutes what is otherwise an agreeable bill. |
