MessageAs long as no one party has a majority, it is only fair that all parties with seats be included in cabinet.

MessageAs the Imperial Constitution states: Article 4, Branch 2, Sections 4, 5 and 6.

"(4) The Largest party shall have the right put whoever they wish as Head of Government."

"(5) The Head of Governments term will be the same as a Representative’s term, and may be reelected if that party continues to be in the top two parties."

"(6) The Head of Government may make the cabinet in anyway that he wishes, but it must be approved by the Senate with a majority vote."

Because he is one of the top two parties, he can serve as HoG, and because he is one of the largest parties, he can make the cabinet as he sees fit. So while I generally would agree with the fact that everyone should have some position, the Constitution must be followed.
