It is time to change our fossil institutions into that of a splendid kingdom

1) The senate should be known as the Royal Council of the People.
2) The Prime Minister should become the High Councillor of the King and Queen
3)Provinces should henceforth be known as Royal Provinces

4) It is the right of the Monarch to create knighthoods and noble titles and bestow these on his/her subjects
