First in a series, the goal to return absolute power to the individual citizens of the five nations. The bills will return absolute power to the individual, rejecting both local and federal tyranny. This bill addresses the following situation that our natural born citizens should have the choice of who to elect as head of government. |

Current: The Head of State is also Head of Government.
Proposed: The Head of State is also Head of Government.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Government policy concerning granting nationality (national of this state without implication of having citizenship rights).
Old value:: Anyone is able to claim nationality.
Current: Anyone receives nationality but immigrants must pass a test to gain nationality.
Proposed: Only those born to nationals become nationals.
