| Resolved, that the Ministry of Health and Social Services shall provide financial assistance to all families with children that are considered low-income. Resolved, that the methodology for low-income, for the purpose of this Act shall be as follows: A) 5,000 Robol per annum for a single parent or 10,000 Rabol for a married couple B) 2,000 Robol shall be added for every child that the parent has in his/her/their household C) Take the total of parent(s) plus children. D) Should the total in (C) by three (3) times the official poverty level as determined by the Ministry of Finance, or less, that family shall be eligible for financial assistance. |
